SOCIAL DANCES
Activity 1: APPLICATION
Directions: How does social dance affect your everyday living?
As a mother, performing or grooving some moves while listening to a music is very
helpful to lessen my worries and to lighten my day. Just like me who’s a little bit busy for a
household chores, my stress reliever was listening and watching videos on tiktok or watching
reels on instagram where many of them are sharing their talents by dancing. It helps me as a
relief. In a very active way is when I was able to perform a zumba in the morning, it’s not a zumba
anyway but it’s a little bit stretching and a little bit dancing that helps me to lighten my mood.
