SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Stabbing Incident

2015 re- subject same as above.
2. COW the above cited subject and reference, please be informed that
on or about 10:00 pm of January 3, 2015 along Poblacion 4, Maragondon,Cavite a
stabbing incident transpired wherein victim identified as one JEREMY VILLA y
SANTOS, 22 years old, single, Student, a native of Pampanga and presently
residing at 124 Belostrino St., Poblacion 4, Maragondon, Cavite, was stabbed by the
suspect identified as one JEFFREY MALIMBAN y RIZAL, aka "JEFF", 22 years
old, single, Gardener, a native of Camarines Sur and presently residing at 011 Real
St., Brgy. Lumipa Maragondon, Cavite.
3. Initial investigation conducted showed that on cited MMPS, while the
victim was walking along Belostrino St., Pob.4 Maragondon,Cavite way back to their
house. Suddenly, he noticed Jeffrey Malimban Rizal following him. When he reached
the corner of the street, JEFFREY MALIMBAN y RIZAL blocked the way of ROEL.
JEREMY VILLA y SANTOS and said "SIRAULO KA! SINULOT MO JOWA KO”.
After his words, he got his knife to his pocket and stabbed Jeremy Santos three
times that caused him fell to the ground. Jeffrey Malimban Rizal immediately
escaped the place after the incident but he immediately caught by the concern
citizens. The residents of the place immediately helped the victim and sent to the
nearest hospital that caused him to survive from the death.
