I. INTRODUCTION
Every institution wanted to develop a strong and healthy teaching force in order to mold young learners. With
that, Department of Education also envisions to develop holistically the well-being of its studentry as well as
its faculty and staff. And to realize the vision of this department, the academe together with the faculty and
staff took part towards attaining its goal in becoming a school of excellence. Below are the considered
highlight activities of the Grade 4 level. for School Year 2022-2023.
II. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1.Teaching-Learning Process
The goal is to increase the academic performance of the learners through different learning activities and
intervention strategies that is anchored to the Learning Recovery Plan framework. The following were done:
Adviser:
a. Everyday preparation of Lesson Plan based from MELC and DBOW
b. Preparation and utilization of varied and appropriate instructional materials.
c. Monitoring evaluation, and assessment of learner’s materials.
a. Prepare and administer Performance Task appropriate to the skills need in the competencies
b. Prepare and administer Summative Test with Pointers to Review
c. Administer the Quarterly Assessment given by the Division Office
d. Conduct mentoring, remediation, coaching, and review of the least learned skills
a. Conducted Remediation Session
b. Conducted ANA and TOFAS
c. Conducted Phil-Iri
e. Preparation and submission of school forms.

f. Conduct counselling session to students with issues and concerns in class such as:

2. School Activities
The goal is to encourage teachers and students’ participation or engagement to different school activities. This
will help improve the social skills of an individual. The following activities were done.
Adviser:
a. Organize Grade 4 – Neptune Class
a. Created a Facebook Messenger GC’s
b. Monitoring the attendance of students and teachers in Flag Raising Ceremonies
a. Grade Level was assigned to facilitate the Flag Raising Ceremony on November 2022 and May
2023
c. Conducted activities for wellness and health
a. Handwashing
b. Tooth brushing
c. Deworming
d. Immunization
d. Encourage learners to participate in school activities
a. Supreme Pupil Government
b. School different clubs to enhance their social skills and sense of responsibility
c. NGO supported activities

3. Linkages
The goal is to establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with school’s stakeholders to let them participate
and support in different programs and activities implemented by the school. The following were done and
accomplished:
Adviser:
a. Conduct PTA meeting and election of Homeroom PTA Officers.
b. Conduct quarterly general PTA assembly.
c. Conduct home visitation counseling session to students with academic issues, concerns, and challenges
d. Participate in First Communion
4. Professional Growth
Different programs and activities were implemented that enhances classroom instruction and improves
learners and teachers competent. The following were required to the teachers:
