regarding approval of the GTP & Drawing of the material & make as detailed below:-

1 that material supplied by the above firm may be sent by Managing
Director, PVVNL for testing by independent lab. The cost of such item(s) shall initially be borne by the
‘Nigam and in case the material is found not conforming to the desired specification, the above cost shall be
recovered from the firm. In addition to this penal action as per norms of PVVNL/UPPCL shall also be taken
by the Nigam,
2. Above mentioned vendors are not blacklisted/Debarred by any Discom/Govt. Organization.
‘The material shall be clearly and indelibly engraved/marked with the particulars as mentioned in GTP during
Manufacture so as to easily read after erection in position / name of scheme, month and year of
manufacturing, name of employee, PVVNL.
Correction wherever required in GTP & Drawings submitted by the contractor has been done by red ink
However approval of these GTP & Drawings shall be subjected to the valid type test reports and correctness
as per technical specification of the tender and entire responsibility of the correctness of the GTP &
Drawings as per the specification as well as supply of material according to the technical specification of the
© ‘contract agreement and these GTP & Drawings shall be that of the contractor.
In case of any contradiction between GTP /Drawing /Technical specification, the version of the M.D,
PYVNL, Meerut shall be final and binding on both the parties. Contractor shall have to replace the material to the
entire satisfaction of purchaser in case the material is not found suitable for use in the project
