ONLINE JOB PORTAL

DESCRIPTION
Online job portal is a web- based application that is valuable for both
companies and job seekers. The project is aimed at developing an online
search portal for the placement of job seekers.

SYSTEM INTERFACE
Technology used are:

1. Front-End: Html5, Css3, React JS.


2. Back-End: [Link] Core, Web API, C#.
3. Data-Base: Microsoft SQL server management system.
4. Development Tool: Visual Studio.

FUNCTIONALITY
ADMIN:

The system is an online application that can be accessed by admin and users
with proper (login provided) authentication. User/admin, without his/her
username and password, cannot login. If he/she is authenticated user/admin
then he/she can enter to the portal. For this authentication we have used
swagger. The system allows the administrator to post a job vacancy with a
detailed description like Job title, job description, company name, stream,
field, salary, job active. In administration dashboard there is a job active toggle
button. If the admin activates the job active toggle button then that jobs will
only be visible on the user dashboard. Admin can also edit and delete the job.
Admin can also view the feedback of the jobs which is provided by the users.
Admin can view all the applications received from the user. Admin can also
select and reject the job seeker.

JOB SEEKER:

The job seeker can use numerous filters like company, stream, field to brows
and search for jobs. User can also reset the filters.

User can also apply for various jobs .They can also see the list of jobs they have
applied User can also send the feedback to the job.
