On the basis of Stenographer’s Grade C & D Exam, 2013 examination conducted by the Staff
Selection Commission, your dossier has been forwarded by the $SC to this Directorate for appointment.
2. Region-wise allotment to the recommended candidates is to be decided on the basis of merit-
cum-preference, subject to availability of vacancy in that Region.
3. In view of the above, | have been directed to call for option for allocation of Region. Therefore,
you may indicate/exercise your preference in the enclosed proforma, duly filled/completed in all
respect, immediately by speed/registered post or courier, so as to reach the address mentioned below,
by 30" September, 2014 positively, else allocation would be decided as per discretion of the Competent
Authority and exigencies of the Department.
4. The letters are being sent through speed post also to all the successful candidates.
