Overview
The Preparation to Exam CFTe II - STA Diploma is a 62-hour program in which
participants will acquire all the necessary theory to pass the CFTe I - STA Foundation
certificate and also get all the practice necessary to pass the exams of the CFTe II - STA
Diploma.
The participants will be provided with model answers for both parts of the exam, Essay
and Chart Analysis. Numerous past papers will be given to them for practice and the
answers will be reviewed together with the instructors and finalized with a mock exam
taken towards the end of the program.
The IFTA (International Federation of Technical Analysts) CFTe (Certified Financial
Technician) consists of CFTe I and II, which together constitute a complete professional
program. The two examinations culminate in the award of this internationally recognized
professional qualification in Technical Analysis.

At the end of Part I, students will be given assignments to complete before Part II starts to ensure
that they understand the material, Identify weaknesses and put them on a path to passing the
exams with the highest probabilities.
Assignments will include both multiple choice questions to prepare them for CFTe level I and
essays and chart analyses to prepare them for CFTe level II.
Only participants who complete all assignments will be able to proceed to Part II that will start a
minimum of 2 weeks after finishing Part I in order to give delegates sufficient time to do the
assignments

The online Sessions on Days 6-11 will be delivered once a week as candidates will be expected to
complete assignments every week that will prepare them for passing the exams of CFTe I and
CFTe II.
On Days 8 and 11 a mock exam will be prepared and administered.
Only participants who PASS the mock exams will be able to sit the exams of the appropriate
level.
Students that fail should study more and will be administered a new mock exam before attempting
the real examination.
