Intercompany End to End process, Adjustment, Reclassification, Audit process is done by us every week.

Month end Activities:-

In every month we need to close all books of accounts in corp book and local book.

First analysis of depreciation is done and then closing process start after running the rollback.

Soft close and then Hard close.

After closing all accounts we need to run all report such as JERL report, Depreciation run report, Generate account report, Asset addition report etc.

Intercompany Reconciliation:-

Intercompany Reconciliation and Reporting:- Open item clear by Posting entries in SAP and then prepare reconciliation and submitted within the WDAC 10 days.

Intercompany Transaction for payroll:

ICWF Processing-Charges of cost to the Expats and global employee.

Journal Entries:- 1) Accruals Posting-Accrual of uninvoiced Amount, Rental Accrual.

2) Reclass Entries-Transfer of Amount from one CC to another CC or Intercompany Balance

sheet to non- intercompany Balance sheet.

Monthly Quarterly and Yearly Closing:-1) Soft close:- After soft close run the report and check in GRMS report if there

is no variance then its ok to hard close.

2) Hard Close:- After hard close data is freezed and no entries posting this period.

● Maintain general ledger and performs the complete intercompany cycle in compliance with US GAAP.
● Full ownership of month end SAP closing activity.
● Overall responsibility of intercompany transactions and balances, partnering with different supports group to resolve variances in a timely manner.
● Analyses to find out the reason for intercompany mismatches and work with concerned contact to clear the mismatches within TAT.
● Prepare reconciliation of intercompany accounts and submit in Account Reconciliation System (ARS)
● Balance Sheet Reconciliation:- After month end closing reconciliation of uninvoiced amount starts.

I am responsible to drive initiatives in the service & Client domains and my set of responsibilities includes:

GL Accounting and Financial Reporting for Multiple Businesses for Countrywide.

Analysis of P&L accounts (monthly/Daily).

Finalizing of Accounts (Balance Sheet) and handling Data entries in a SAP.

Financial analysis, reconciliation, Month end closing and financial reporting.

Liaise with legal compliances while finalizing the accounts and producing certificates.

Analysing Income and Expenses and finding out the variances i.e. duplicate posting. Double payment, accrual and prepayments provisions.
