Risks to: Me/Teacher/

Nature of Activity: Climbing

Significant Hazards:

Slipping of the walls. Falling on top of someone. Losing finger skin. The harnesses tied wrong. Dehydration. Hitting your head on the wall. Getting stuck. Getting stuck in the ropes. Wear suitable clothes. The belayer (Losing concentration) Make sure you dont get distracted. Nervous
CONTROL MEASURES

Climb at normal pace Make sure the person under you is doing it right. Put chalk on you hands. Check the harnesses before you go up. Drink lots of water. Make sure you are wearing a helmet. Go as high as you think you can. Take your time make sure you dont get tided up. Make sure you are wearing the right suitable clothes. So if you fall the Belayer would pull you down. Tell your friends not to encourage each other because it would put you off. Make conversation with the instructor so you have someone to talk to. Sebastian Noad (Manager) Next time we go
