INSTRUCTIONS
1. THE PAPERS WILL BE HELD IN FIRST MEETING.
School Timings during Examination : 7:45 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. (OR according to duration of Paper)

2. Reading,Recitation & Conversation : II & III : 17th to 19th July (during School Hours : 7:20 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)
3. Reading,Recitation & Conversation : IV & V : 17th to 19th July (during School Hours : 7:20 A.M. to 1:20 P.M.)
4. English & Hindi Dictation : II & III : 17/07/2023 (during School Hours : 7:20 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)
5. English & Hindi Dictation : IV & V : 17/07/2023 (during School Hours : 7:20 A.M. to 1:20 P.M.)
6. Art Examination : II & III : 19/07/2023 (during School Hours : 7:20 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)
7. Art Examination : IV & V : 19/07/2023 (during School Hours : 7:20 A.M. to 1:20 P.M.)

8. Medical Certificate should be submitted within TWO DAYS after the completion of Exams.AFTER TWO DAYS IT
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

9. Parents are requested to check the Fee-Booklet of their wards.First Installment should be cleared
before First Terminal Examination-2023 , otherwise defaulters will not be allowed to appear in First
Terminal Examination-2023.

10. Students will be disqualified from the Examination :


a. If they are detected in giving or attempting to give or obtain any unfair assistance . AND
b. If they have any book,notes,memorandum or pocket-book,paper in their possession except the correct question
paper during examination in the class-room.
c. No Smart watches are allowed during examinations.
