This Offer to Sell (“Offer”) is made and entered by

2. The Seller undertakes not to sell the Property to other interested buyers within the effectivity of the Offer

3. The Seller has acknowledged receipt an amount of Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 50,000.00), representing
earnest money and fair consideration of this Offer to Sell, which shall form part of the Purchase Price;

11. DAR Certification of Coverage/Non-Coverage of Property

List of requirements for Untitled Properties


1. Tax Declaration
2. Valid ID of Sellers

4. SPA, whenever applicable
5. Full trace back of the tax declaration
6. Form V-37 / Certificate of Alienability and Disposability
7. Approved Lot Survey Plan
8. DENR Certification of No Pending Patent Application
9. DAR Certification of No Pending CLOA Application
10. Current year’s Real Property Tax
11. Tax Clearance Certificate or Certificate of Non-Delinquency from Municipal Treasurer’s Office
12. Certificate of No Improvements issued by the Municipal Assessor, or Tax Declaration of
