Member Direct Donations – Asia United Bank HelloMoney
The Philippines Area Presidency has approved the use of the Asia United Bank (AUB)
HelloMoney mobile application for payment of tithes, offerings, and other donations. This is an
expansion of the existing member direct donation system that is already available through the Bank
of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Banco de Oro (BDO).
The AUB HelloMoney mobile app allows members who do not have a bank account and
those with accounts with banks other than BPI or BDO to have a prepaid account or e-wallet that
they can use to pay their donations online. The attached documents give instructions on how to
apply for an AUB HelloMoney e-wallet account, fund the account, and pay donations.
This process will reduce and simplify the work of bishoprics and branch presidencies, as
members will be able to pay their donations using their smart phones whenever they have access
to the internet. We encourage individuals and families with smart phones to pay their donations
using this new platform. Members with no capability to use AUB HelloMoney app may continue
to pay their donations through their bishop or branch president.
We are grateful for this technology that enables more members and leaders of the Church
to pay and account for tithes and offerings efficiently and in a safe and simpler way. We pray for
the Lord’s blessings and protection for all of us as we strive to faithfully pay our full and honest
tithes and donate generous offerings to the Lord.

AUB HelloMoney
Member Direct Donation System (MDDS)
Download AUB HelloMoney mobile app from your
smartphone through Google Play (Android phones)
or App Store (iPhones)
Log in to your account and do the following:
1. Tap PAY BILLS
2. Under Biller Institution, tap dropdown button then
select THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST as biller.
3. Enter your 11‐digit Membership Record Number on the
Reference No. field. Ensure that your MRN is entered
correctly. Start
4. Enter your complete name in the Donor Name field
5. Tap the dropdown button and select the desired
Donation Category
6. Enter your 11‐digit cellphone number using this format
09XXXXXXXXX. Do not use 63 as prefix on your cellphone
number.
7. For testing purposes, use One (1) Peso as your initial
donation. Please refer to notes below.
8. Enter a note on Remarks. (This is optional only).
9. Tap CONTINUE and click CONFIRM button to signify your
approval.
10. Enter your password.
11. You will receive a Success notification for successful
transaction. Invalid Subscriber/Account No. would send
prompt for a failed transaction. Reasons may either be
invalid MRN or incorrect format of cellphone number.
Notes:
Pay one (1) peso only as an initial donation and wait
until it is posted in your donor’s statement. This is to
ensure you entered the valid MRN. (Donations are
normally posted within 3‐5 working days).
Once verified & confirmed posted, you may START
paying your regular tithing & other donations using AUB
HelloMoney.
For Ward Missionary Support, please do the following:
1. Donor sends the Confirmation Receipt to the ward
clerk
2. Clerk verifies the payment.
3. Clerk will do payment adjustments from ward
missionary account to the specific missionary.
4. Clerk notifies the donor of the adjustment.
How to Check / Verify Donation using your Church Account
Simply Follow the Steps Provided Below:

1. Open your browser and type
“donations.churchofJesusChrist.org”
2. Click My Account and Ward then Sign
In button.
3. Enter your Church Account Username
and Password. (If you don’t have an
account yet, create now by clicking the
Sign up).
4. Click My Account and Ward then click
Donations.
5. If you wish to generate a statement,
just click Donor Statement, select from
Statement Options and click Generate

AUB HelloMoney
What is HelloMoney?
HelloMoney allows customers to open a Prepaid Banking Account using their smartphones. It has a mobile
application wherein customers may enroll for the service; once approved, users can perform 24/7 mobile
banking services when they are connected to the internet.
What is a HelloMoney Account?
A HelloMoney Account is an AUB Prepaid Account that's acquired through the online registration of it's mobile
application. The account needs no initial deposit or maintaining balance requirements nor does it have any
dormancy fees.
What is the maximum capacity of a HelloMoney account?
The account may only hold up to Php 200,000.00 at any given time, maximum cash-in transactions are also capped
at Php 200,000.00
What is the minimum age requirement in order to open a HelloMoney Account?
Only those 18 years old and above are eligible for the HelloMoney Service.
How many HelloMoney accounts can I have?
Only one account may be generated per individual person. .
Can I use my HelloMoney account with multiple devices?
The app utilizes a security feature which only allows for one device login. Attempting to login using a different
device will prompt the user to register the new device as the main device to access the HelloMoney Account.
How long will my application be processed for?
Once you have successfully applied, you will receive status update within one (1) banking day.
How to accelerate approval of your AUB HelloMoney enrollment?
When signing your signature, choose REFERRAL CODE and enter LDS for faster approval. It would only take 2
hours.
How will I be informed if my account is approved/disapproved?
You will receive an SMS and E‐mail notification indicating the status of your application within the next banking
date from the date of application.
How do I add funds to my account?
As of now, we have 3 available channels where users may cash‐in or load to their HelloMoney Account: (1) over‐
the‐counter at 7‐Eleven (using cliqq application or kiosk), Tambunting Pawnshop and RD Pawnshop, (2) Using a
digital wallet such as GCash and Paymaya and (3) InstaPay from other Philippine Bank Accounts. Other cash‐
in partners will be added soon. (see list of AUB partners)
How much can I load into my HelloMoney Account?
User may cash‐in up to only Php 200,000.00 worth of funds each month.
What is the maximum capacity of a HelloMoney account?
The account may only hold up to Php 200,000.00 at any given time, maximum cash‐in transactions are also
capped at Php 200,000.00
How do I login if I forgot my password?
Tapping on the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login screen will prompt user to input personal details. After
following the on‐screen instructions, user can input a new password to regain access to the account. How many
HelloMoney accounts can I have? Only one account may be generated for any one person.
Is there any charge for making a bills payment transaction?
AUB does not charge for transaction fees. There could potentially be some billers that may charge a service fee
for processing the transaction, however.
When will my payment be credited to the biller?
The bill would be settled within the same day if payment is made before cut‐off time (8pm).
If I do a fund transfer to the wrong account, can I have it reversed?
Once you confirm your payment, charges and transfer of funds cannot be reversed. Please ensure to check all
details before proceeding with your transaction.
If I encounter a problem with my payment/funds transfer, what do I do?
For non‐posted payments or errors in your transaction, you may email us at [email protected] or contact
us at 8282‐8888 to report your concern. Please present your reference number and account number when
issuing a report.
Why not GCash instead of AUB HelloMoney?
GCash is a popular digital wallet in the country but AUB HelloMoney is better as it meets all the requirements of
the Church for proper accounting and reporting of donations. .
How many donors can be accommodated by AUB HelloMoney in one device?
HelloMoney can accommodate 5 or more donors per device. Children ages 17 years old and below can be
accommodated by their parents since they are not qualified to have their own account.
Can we accommodate other members who want to donate to the Church?
Payment of Church donations is confidential. Therefore, we discourage members from accommodating donation
payments outside the family circle.
What should I do in case I lost my mobile phone with HelloMoney app installed?
For lost mobile phones, the client should login to a different mobile phone (from a family member or a friend)
and download HelloMoney app using your existing username and password. Change your password
immediately to secure your account. You may change your mobile number under profile.
If you have an ATM associated with your HelloMoney mobile app, please report to 8638‐6888 for assistance.
How can I change my mobile number in my HelloMoney app?
Simply click the Menu button and then your Account Name or Number then enter your new mobile number.
(You may also enable your Fingerprint Login, change your password and email address from this menu).
Can the members still give donation to the bishopric?
Those who do not have the capability to give donation using AUB HelloMoney app may continue to give their
donation in a sealed envelope.
I cannot proceed to the next step in the registration process after uploading my ID. What should I do when I
received a notification to open my location?
Simply turn on your location by going to Settings, tap Location and turn it on.
