Instructions for installing VCDS 22.10.0 and Loader V9.2:
. Download VCDS 22.1@.@ from any of the Links above
Run [Link]
. Install by following the setup wizard
-1. If you're on Win 8.1/10 - select "Fix Windows HID...”
.2. If you're on 64-bit Win - select "Install 32-bit EXE on 64-bit System"
+3 Deselect "Create Start Menu Shortcut"
-4 Deselect "Create a Desktop Shortcut"
. Deselect "Run VCDS Release 22.10,0" at the end of the install!
+ Download VCDSLoader_v9.[Link] from the link above
. Extract VCDSLoader_v9.[Link]
. Navigate to VCDSLoader_v9.2
(to test or re-flash your cable - check instructions below)
8. Copy [Link] to C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS
9. Launch VCDS 22.10.0 only by using [Link]!
9.1 Create a shortcut on your desktop for [Link]

Before continuing check if the cable uses ATmegal62 chip! Others are not
supported
Plug in your cable into USB & CAR! (or 12V source)
Navigate to VCDSLoader_v9.2 (downloaded from the Link above)
Launch VAGCOM_HWType.exe
ck "Read"
If your cable has the bootloader unlocked - the tool will show that
it's enabled
5. Launch VAGCOM_EEWriteLang.exe
6. Select "English" (should be selected by default)
5.6. Click "WRITE"
You can test your cable now by keeping it plugged into your car and
launching [Link]
1. Click “Options” -> Leave "USB" Selected -> "Te
2. If the test was successful - Click "Save
3. You should be able to connect to your car and view/code!
