INFLUENCER AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on (date), by and between, us, ______, and you, (name).
1. Limitations as Influencer.
a. You agree to perform the Services hereunder solely as an independent contractor and
recognize that this Agreement does not create any actual or apparent agency, partnership,
franchise, or relationship of employer and employee between the parties.
b. You confirm that you currently do not have existing contract/s with other entities to act as
model, talent, endorser, or provide services similar to those provided under this
Agreement, for similar products or brands directly in competition with the product
covered by the Campaign;
c. You are not authorized to enter into or commit ________ to any agreements, and you
shall not represent yourself as our legal representative.

2. Terms of Engagement.

e. As it concerns your deliverables, you agree to the following:
i. Our boosting of such deliverables, whether from your own account, or from our
account; and,
ii. Your sending of such deliverables to us, and that we may edit the same prior to
posting.
f. When asked, you will provide us the social media stats (impressions, post reach,
engagement rate) of your deliverables.
g. You acknowledge that the deliverables are specifically commissioned by us, and that, as
such, we are the owner of all economic and moral rights under copyright; these
deliverables are therefore not to be reproduced or published on any other platforms unless
stated otherwise or with explicit written permission from us.

3. Confidentiality.
a. During the course of this agreement, you will be entrusted with confidential and
proprietary information such as, but not limited to, the very terms of this agreement, i.e.,
the deliverables, the compensation, the posting guidelines, among others.
b. You agree that such information will not be released or divulged, whether directly or
indirectly to anyone, unless authorized by us, required by law, or through the express
written consent we have given.
