A RESOLUTION ENACTING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 1 SERIES OF 2021
RE-ALIGNING AND RE-PROGRAMMING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED
NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php795, 000.00) FROM THE PROJECTED
SAVINGS OF THE CURRENT YEAR TO SUPPLEMENT FOR THE MOST UTILIZED
EXPENSES OF THE 2021 ANNUAL BUDGET;
WHEREAS, due to the growing number of Covid cases in the country the Barangay
Council believes that there are programs in the 2021 budget which might not be utilized and
there are programs that might get depleted due to frequent expenses taken from it;
WHEREAS, there is a need to realign some programs and re-program some expenses so
as to ensure its maximum usage and also to ensure that they will not get depleted as the year
progresses;
WHEREAS, the DBM issued Budget Circular No. 132 last January 6, 2021 which
contains the new Salary schedule for Government officials wherein the council wants to
supplement amount so as to avail of this salary schedule subject to PS limitations;

SECTION 1: that the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php795, 000.00) shall be re-aligned and re-programmed from the following;
1.1 that the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS

SECTION 3: The Barangay Treasurer is hereby authorized to disburse the aforementioned
appropriated amount subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations;
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval;
