INT. COURT ROOM.
MID DAY
This scene is set in a court house, it starts with the judge speaking and AILEEN taking the
stand. John Tanner is a lawyer who is standing against Aileen.
JUDGE
Aileen Wurornos, please may you take the stand.
She walks up to the stand and takes a seat.
Aileen, do you promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth, and do you
understand that by not doing this you will be punished.
AILEEN
Yes sir I do.
JUDGE
John Tanner, please proceed with questions.
JOHN
Aileen, yesterday we briefly questioned about what happened on the night of
November when you and Richard Charles Mallory had interactions, could you
explain exactly what happened this night.

INT. COURT ROOM. MID DAY
AILEEN
Well like I said yesterday Richard used violence against me, I thought he was going to rape
me and I had to defend myself.
EXT. QUIET ROAD. NIGHT TIME
Richard pulls up to Aileen in his car, she was hitch hiking and it was late at night.
Car stops
RICHARD
You need a ride?
AILEEN
We’re you going?
RICHARD
We can go wherever you like honey.
AILEEN
Okay sure.
Aileen enters the car, country music is playing on a low volume, owls are outside.
RICHARD
I know a spot we can go too
AILEEN
Excuse me. What are you talking about? I don’t know you.
RICHARD
Come on Lady. Lighten up, it’ll be fun. I’ll pay you even.
AILEEN
Pull the car over now, I’m getting out.
Richard puts the locks on the car.
I swear to god if you don’t let me out this car I’ll-
Richard then hits Aileen
AILLEN (Narrating)
He beat me, multiple times, he hit and abused me before trying to rape. I
thought he was going to roll me.
We fought for a while, I had blood pouring down my face. I was in a lot of
pain.
He took my clothes off of me, I was very vulnerable.
Richard
This is what you deserve bitch.
Water is thrown (rubbing alcohol) all over Aileen.
AILEEN
What are you doing? Get this shit off of me!
AILLEN (Narrating)
He then raped me, he put the rubbing alcohol all over my body. I was burning
almost everywhere. He poured it all over my face and in my eyes.
RICHARD
Turn over. You're dead, bitch. You're dead.
AILLEN (Narrating)
I thought he was going to kill me. I knew what I had to do to save myself.
Switches back to the car scene where Aileen is breathing heavily and screaming in pain, some
shuffling is heard and she then she reaches down to her gun. She shoots Richard once which
is followed by 8 more shots.
It was self-defence. The man was ruining me.
AILEEN
Fuck.. What have I done.
Shuffling is heard and Aileen then enters the car.
AILEEN (Narrating)
I didn’t know what to do, that’s why I robbed him so I could get away. I didn’t
want to throw my life away.
Aileen is then driving on the road for a little while, she then pulls over onto grass.
AILEEN
Get out the car for fucks sake.
(lots of shuffling and moving)
Aileen then pushes the body out of the car and drives off.
AILEEN (Narrating)
I knew I couldn’t keep the car, it would have been too risky and I would have
been caught. So like his body I decided I had to get rid of it.
Car door slams and walking away is heard.
I didn’t kill this man on purpose, neither did I clean his scene and get rid of
finger prints. The cops let me keep killing.

INT. COURT ROOM. MID DAY
Judge hammer bang
JUDGE
Aileen Wuornos, the court of Florida charges you with 6 counts of murder, 2
counts of assault, and 1 count of disorderly conduct. The verdict of the jury
concludes death row for you.
Case dismissed, judge hammer bang, lots of chattering.
AILEEN
(Shouting) May your wife and kids get raped, right in the ass.
