Participants level of understanding will be gauged using
M&E Analysis an assessment tool to be accomplished right after the SLAC
activity.
Discuss levels of evaluation that will be applied, monitoring
and evaluation methods, and time frame. Attach
accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation Plan template.

Issues Encountered its delivery
- trainers/facilitators: The speaker/facilitator was a
wonderful presenter.
- participants: The participants have great enthusiasm and
energy. They enjoyed the the topics. The fully engaged
with the lesson in application part and presentation of
the output. They also shared insights and reflection.
- content of program: The LAC/program was very very
helpful on how to handle pupils with special needs
- delivery strategies: The strategies were relative and
effective to the training/LAC. Exploration,
Constructivism, Collaboration, and Integration (4As,
Lecturette, andragogic approach) were observed.
- training materials: The training materials were
appropriate to the topics. These were all challenging to
view, listen, and watch. Materials were also captivating
and engaging.

- prior to delivery: The speaker/facilitator informed the
participants before the LAC. She also created an
invitation so that the participants were well informed.
- during the training proper: During the training proper, the
speaker/facilitator was so prepared and ready to deliver
new information. The participants were very interested to
learn and take down notes the important details and very
eager to apply their learnings.
