1 In episode 1, indigenous people changes depending on
what land they are in and leave their culture there
2 In episode 1, indigenous people don’t have any proven
papers or title in their land, but can be proven by the
elders.

3 In episode 2, I discovered that indigenous people have


a property designated for other indigenous people.

4 In episode 2, I discovered that 1963 COMMONWEALTH


ACT NO. 141 AMENDED BY R.A 3872 of 1964 the right
of the indigenous people to claim the public land or
agricultural land if they use it.

have the rights to give FPIC to the people who want to
build or to do activities on their land,
