Subject and Predicate

A subject is the Noun or Pronoun in the sentence.

Example:

1. My father is very big.


2. He always eats huge meal.
3. My mother is very kind.
4. She always takes care of us.

A predicate is the Verb, Adjective, and Adverb in the sentence.


A predicate completes the sentence.

Example:

1. My father is very big.


2. He always eats huge meal.
3. My mother is very kind.
4. She always takes care of us.
