INTRODUCTION:
This case study explores delinquent behavior among children aged 10-15
in Agoncillo Batangas specifically in Barangay Pook Agoncillo and Brangay
Bilibinwang.
By examining the prevalence and underlying causes of delinquency in
this specific age group, we aim to assess and identify strategies for prevention
and intervention to address this pressing concern in the community.
According to the study of Anna B. (2018), the common factors of Juvenile
delinquent acts is with family, environment, school and other department of the
government.

Review of Related Literature:
Based on the study by Gamachu GB et al (2019) juvenile delinquency
refers to unlawful acts performed by young children. Based to this study, up until
the age of 18, a person is considered a minor under state law.
Mwangangi (2019) believes that families play a crucial role in various
aspects, including socialization, protecting vulnerable members, and ensuring the
continuation of the family unit.
Research by Konan K. et al, (220), it is focus that deliquent behavior has
resulted from the growth of young gangs known as “microbes”. The goal of this
study was to look into children’s minds that are developing.
According to a study by Crizoa (2019), criminal delinquency among
“microbes” is caused by insufficient parental guidance of children in homes as
well as parental problems with poverty and unemployment.
The study by Bi et al. (2018), which was said, defined how parenting style
involves the wide range of behaviors and beliefs parents adopt toward their
children, creating a stressful situation in which these behaviors are presented.
As per the research by Nagle, (2019). This study uses a longitudinal
database of child abuse and neglect to test a sub-model of the SDM in order to
assess the effects of childhood parental sexual abuse on female juvenile
because of people who mistreated them in the past.

E L. (2018) states that the aggressive behavior of the children moderate
from the home and school. This study founds that getting a lower grades or score
in the school is the main cause of uncontrolled behavior of the children.
Based on the study by Maria Roxanne B.a (2018) is most juvenile
perceive violence as a way of survival and believed that a violence is justified
when they use this a method to protecting themselves and love ones.
In a study conducted by N.a. (2022), it was found that a typical Filipino
delinquent is often a male between the ages of 14 to the prevalence of juvenile
delinquency is primarily attributed to poverty.
Alcantara, (2019). States that the study shed light on the causes and
reasons for the engagement of children and teenagers in juvenile delinquency in
order to address the potential causes of juvenile delinquency. It was found that
the onset of delinquent behavior in young people is influenced by a number of
factors, including strained family relationships, poor communication between
parents and children, financial difficulties, a lack of social and moral guidance,
and substance abuse, including drug and alcohol use.
