SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

I, EDWIN L. LOSINADA, of legal age, Filipino, residing at Sitio Nagpatay, Barangay Calsapa,
San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, my sister-in-law,
ELENA RAMIREZ DE GUZMAN, likewise of legal age, Filipino and residing at Sitio Parang,
Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact,
for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts, deeds, and things
to wit:

1.) To process our extrajudicial settlement of estate;


2.) To sign and execute any and all papers with all and any third persons, concerns and entities
in connection with the above-given power.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact authority to do and perform
every act and thing whatsoever requisite to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 14th of March 2023 at Calapan
