1 Preface
eHMC & FC is a SYNTEC controller specially designed for the automation market. There are diversified demands
in the market and requirements of customizing dedicated screens for the machine. eHMC & FC ( hereafter
referred to as "automation controller" ) are equipped with the following things
1. 【Axis module】Provide a basis for secondary customization of machinery factories and electric control
personnel
2. 【Electronic module】Provide diagnosis when machine conditions occur in machinery factories
This manual explains the functions of【Axis module】, so that the mechanical factory or electronic personnel
have a basic understanding when doing secondary development.

3.4 Alarm Processing

To avoid wrong operation causes danger to human and damage to machine, the system and PLC are equipped
with much of protection. When conditions are reached, system issue warning or alarm to user. This section
introduces how to inspect and troubleshooting alarm.

3.4.1 Emergency Stop

Machine failure or unexpected movements may cause unsafety for human and machine. Pressing emergency
stop button, you can immediately stop the machine. Automation controller does not have a【emergency
stop】 button. To trigger the emergency stop, it needs to be added on the customized screen through
secondary development or an external physical emergency stop button through input point. Because
emergency stop button would stop machine movement, please trouble shooting before you unlock the button.

3.4.2 Alarm Display

Alarm is basically divided into the pending alarm and history alarm.

Pending Alarm
1. The current state of system alarm.
2. Once an alarm occurs, an alarming window will pop up on screen with current alarm content.
