Your company was just named one of the 20 best companies for

customer service in your industry.

Text: Shivam steel is now one of the top 20 companies which have

the best customer service in our industry.

Our company would like to thank and congratulate and show

my gratitude to the board members and each employee. Because

without your hard work is not possible. A happy and satisfied

customer is our priority. Now, this achievement is showing and

promoting our company’s motto. For improving our services, we

were implementing lots of new ways to make sure our product and

our customer service will get better a day by day.

As an organization, we hope that this kind of hard work will

continue for us. We will take this achievement as motivation and we

will continue to grow day by day. Our goal is to reach at number

one in customer service within 10 years. So, we will be finding

many new ways of improving customer service. Our company will

also make a promise to you that your work will be appreciated. we

also want to thank all of our customers to support us and like our

product. Moreover, we would also appreciate if customers will

volunteer themselves and give us some suggestion for improvement

by our surveys. Shivam steel has many more milestones to achieve.

One by one as a team we will achieve each one of them.

Scenario 2 One of your company’s transport trucks, which was hauling

flammable material, is said to have caused both an environmental

spill and a 14- vehicle accident in which there were at least 3

casualties.

Subject (blog title): acknowledging the horrible incident

Text: Indian oil corporation private limited (IOCL) get to know

about an unfortunate and terrible accident that happened with our

company’s truck driver on highway 11 around 10:30. which lead to

3 human casualties.

First of all, IOCL would like to show our deepest

condolences to all the family members who lost their integral part.

we also know that by this accident lots of materialistic and

environmental damage was done. We are all always here to

compensate for all damages which are in our power to do. But

nobody can compensate for the losses of human life we will be

happy to provide any kind of assistance to the all family members

who lost their relatives in it.

IOCL always follow the international safety advisory list and

standards for safety in any work. As we heard of this incident, a

team has been formed that will study this entire incident and get to

know the answer of why this accident take place? And what we can

do to eliminate from our side? Which will come up with a

precautionary cause that the company will take to eliminate this

kind of incident in the future. We also create a new R&D team

whose task has to find new transportation methods to transport all

these flammable liquids and gases If, this incident was caused

because of the incompetency of any team members we will take

action against them. Once again, we are all apologizing for this

incident. We will try our best that it will not happen in future.

Scenario 3 Your organization just released its quarterly earnings which were

25% below the expected performance.

12th November 2022 Text: our company Atul automobile is one of the largest

automobile manufactured companies in India. we would like to

draw everyone’s attention to one quarterly report of 2022 which we

recently released. As all of the executives have read that report and

got to know that our earnings were 25% less than the predicted

figure. Which is not good for our organization. This can be justified

by the economic recession which is affecting all organizations

throughout the globe. Due to that people not having more funds to

spend on cars. Nevertheless, organizations like to assure the

stakeholder and shareholders regarding the profit and future of the

company. Our company is taking precautionary action. we as an

organization will try our best to compensate for the losses.

So, Atul automobile would like to suggest all the top-tier level

executives look into their departments and see what is wrong with

them. Also, we also want that they connect with the financial

department and should be submitting a separate financial report. By

studying these all reports our top-tier management will take action.

we would like to notify our employees including team leaders and

managers that this kind of loss will not be tolerated in the future so,

work hard and keep up the good work as they have done in past.

Atul automobile like to wish luck to all the employees for future

and keep up the good work.

Scenario 4 Your company just secured a $6 million contract with a major

public-sector client that is expected to generate thousands of jobs

over the next 10 years.

Date: 12th November Subject (blog title): New beginning with new challenges

Text: our company Shivam construction just secured a $6 million

contract from Hindustan corporation. For that, we would like to

congratulate employees for their hard work without that it could not

be possible. But at the same time, this project’s stakeholder has

some acceptance which will necessary to fulfill for better

accomplishment of these projects.

Now Shivam construction will be built around 500 raw

houses in new Mumbai. This project consists of lots of work from

scratch which will be generating thousands of jobs. This project will

generate all kinds of jobs. It will generate jobs for civil engineers,

mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers as well as jobs for

labor and skilled labor will also be generated due to this project. We

will be creating new opportunities for many people and we will be

welcoming them into our team.

Our target is to meet the public sector acceptance regarding

employment. We will give several sub contact on the construction

project sub-contract with specific targets regarding employment.

That is how step by step we will achieve this huge target. As our

organization’s work culture is good and we are capable of handling

this kind of public project. So, we would like to wish luck to every

employee to complete this project efficiently so we will get more of

them in the future.
