AFFIDAVIT OF NEIGHBORS CONSENT

We , the undersigned , all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of UST compound unit 4 Purok 6
Bago Gallera davao city/, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with the law,
do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are neighbors of Nicanor s. Pedrico the registered owner of a business


known as Nhickies frozen food trading ( mang kanor’s frozen) ,located at the above
stated address;
2. That we hereby give our full consent and authority unto Nicanor S. Pedrico
to operate such business in our community;
3. That I am executing the affidavit to attest the foregoing facts and to apprise
concerned authorities of the veracity of this statement in of whatever purpose it
may serve.
