HT Panel Checklist

This daily checklist is used to inspect an HT panel at a factory each day of the month. It contains items like checking the voltage and current while inspecting, the insulating material, that the panel door is locked, that meters and lamps are functioning, the accessibility and cleanliness of the panel, the single line diagram, earthing of the panel body and door, phase currents and voltages, the DC system voltage, and safety procedures. Staff inspecting sign off after checking each item.
