conduct an investigation where a suspect and a victim are involved to a crime
accident.

2. Murder was committed at Caloocan City by a named Nyora Aguda on December
08, 2013 at 08AM morning. The victim Yannah Datu when she was standing in
front of the door house a suspect put a knife in her face.
III. RECOMMENDATION
3. National Beauru of Investigation (NBI) the order of the prosecutor’s office if the
suspect still uncatched by the law enforcers within 1 year the “shoot to kill” order
will be released.

I. AUTHORITY:
Snatcher was committed at Deparo Quezon City by a suspect named Nyora
Aguda on December 08, 2014 at 06:00AM midnight. The victim named Yannah
Datu , when she was standing in front of the house there’s a man named Nyora
Aguda steal her phone and Nyora Aguda run fast as he can.
II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED:
They need to investigate who do the crime.
III. FACTS OF THE CASE
The caller named Yannah Datu called our hotline 119 emergency number to
report that there’s a man in their house who broke their house they need to get
their fast as they can do stop the man doing.
IV. DISCUSSION:
Conditions requiring special discussion; and there are no mitigating or
extenuating circumstances.
V. CONCLUSIONS:
The final investigation report was conducted by the intelligence officers of NBI
and PNP they merged to confront the witnesses and find the other
instrumentalities that is possible to contain fingerprints.
VI. RECOMMENDATIONS:
I recommended them to be fair while performing investigation to have justice of
every mankind doing their job and doing the right things.
