1. During examinations ( i.e. 21.02.2023 to 10.03.2023 ) the timings will be from 09:45 a.m. to
01:25 p.m
2. The self pick up students to be picked up by the parents at 01:25 p.m. from Gate No 1.
3. The Van Students will leave the School at 01:30 p.m.
4. The Bus Students will leave the School after 01:30 p.m.
5. On Thursday, 16.03.2023, the evaluated answer sheets will be shown to the students. All the
buses will ply on their regular routes. The timings for 16.03.2023 will be 07:55 a.m. to 02:15
p.m. Self Pick Up students to be picked up at 02:15 p.m. and Van students will be dispersed at
02:20 p.m. Bus Students will leave after 02:30 p.m.
6. The Report Card comprising of the Final Result will be handed over on Saturday, 18.03.2023
from 08:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.( the time slots will be shared by the respective Class Teacher)

7. Online Orientation Programme for the New Academic Session 2023-24 will be held in the
evening as per the following schedule. The time slots will be shared soon.

20.03.2023 VII D, VII E & VII F
21.03.2023 VII G & VII H
8. New Session will commence from 23.03.2023 at 07:55 a.m.
