We hereby declare that the raw and auxiliary materials used in our

production of Citric Acid are Non-GMO. Our suppliers of corn confirm

that they have not applied any genetic modification technology in their

process nor be there any genetically modified ingredients in the raw

and/or auxiliary materials they used therein.

In the process of manufacturing Citric Acid, we use only one

microorganism aspergillus niger, which is confirmed not to be

genetically modified either. We, therefore, declare that Citric Acid we

produce is Non-GMO.
