I can totally understand how you feel, MacLeslie. There is the same problem in my school.

I don’t think it’s fair, that you and all the other students mustn’t write messages during class

time, but teachers do. In my opinion, it should be like everyone or nobody is allowed to

write text messages in the lessons. Moreover, you can tell the principal that there should be

equal rules for everybody. When some other students also tell him/her that he might change

something.

In my school we must wear uniforms, because normal clothes would distract other students,

like the headmaster said. But the teachers and also the headmaster are wearing comfortable

street clothes. I don’t think that’s fair either so I once went to the principal and complained

about this rule. He said it’s just because we’re young and don’t know how to dress

appropriately. Do you agree with him? I don´t think he’s right.

Furthermore it´s unfair that teachers don’t have any rules. In my view teachers should also

have some rules. A few examples for rules for teachers are that they should clean the board

instead of the students, because they write on it not the students. Another example could

be that teachers have to correct every homework until the next day, because students also

must do their homework until the next day even if they don’t have many time.
