Sales
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine
profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales
operations.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
Acts as company representative for the respective market.
Operations
Oversees all aspects of the business operations, including financial management, purchasing, scheduling,
warehousing, quality assurance, sales support and customer service.
Works with corporate functions on developing annual business plans, operating budgets and supporting
initiatives to drive key production activities and continuous improvements.
Constantly assesses the facility’s operational efficiencies and seeks out opportunities to improve
processes and systems feasibly.
Reporting / Finance
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and manage a budget as well as actively monitor and
forecast the financial health of the business unit.
Creates progress reports to include financial projections, KPI monitoring, and milestone progress reports.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local
occupational and health and safety laws.
Operations: Has significant experience with installing and troubleshooting spray foam
insulation. Willing to perform and demonstrate spray foam installations. Runs
insulation equipment, company vehicles, and rigs. Takes support calls.
Technical: Diagnoses and resolves spray foam issues. Rebuilds spray foam guns and
performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on related insulation
equipment.
Training: Ability to travel to franchisee sites in order to provide support and training to
new and existing franchisees in the area of spray foam installation and
troubleshooting. Training will also be conducted at various times in a classroom
setting. Must be able to utilize PowerPoint and deliver training materials.

The Spray Foam Technician's duties include:
Install spray foam insulation at job sites, including construction, residential and commercial
locations.
Installation of spray foam materials
Maintain Spray Foam rig-daily cleaning
Prep and complete jobs
Attention to detail
Properly operate power tools
Observe safe operation of ladders and overhead spaces
Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
Inspect and maintain vehicle, supplies and equipment to ensure they are in proper operating
condition
Provide customer service

Duties/Responsibilities:
Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational
and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
Knowledgeable in spray polyurethane foam safety protocol and willing to obtain CPI
Certification within 90 days of employment.
Operations: Removes and installs spray polyurethane foam based on specifications of each
job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes
a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of
insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and battes) and consistently performs quality
checks.
Technical: Diagnoses and resolves spray foam issues. Has knowledge of how to break down
and clean a spray foam gun as well as how to troubleshoot actual chemical issues.
Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional
image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides
instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Operations
Manager. Performs other related duties as required.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt,
hazardous chemicals, and heights.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Suppervisor
Responsibilities:
· Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
· Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools) with the warehouse
team.
· Performs installations, upgrades, and additions.
· Has the ability to lead a team and job from start to finish.
· Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure
efficient execution of assigned tasks.
· Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
· Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other
documentation in a timely manner.
· Must have a strong work ethic.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Must complete other projects, as assigned
· Perform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment systems
under contract agreement. Inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and calibrating these systems are
just a few tasks that could be assigned.
