Product Instruction
Dear Customer:
Thank you for choosing our products and trust in our company.

ST-1200 optical scanner is a device designed specifically for the

glasses store, lens template scanning contour, contour data
modification, profile data of power down storage, optical instrument
center.
Please read the instructions carefully and put it on the grinding
machine near to at any time.

In the specification of information does not have the nature of the

contract, without prior notice to modify the content has been strictly
check and ensure correct errors or omissions, but can hardly be avoided.

2. The use of environmental products(please try to avoid
using the machine in the following hazardous
conditions)

3. Note the use of products

A. Don’t make the machine by the sudden shock;

B. Don’t hit the button, a touch button can be
normal operation;
C. Don’t rely on the machine, the machine will fall
may cause injury;
D. After a day of work, turn off the power, clean
the machine appearance;
E. Don’t make the machine by pesticides or other
volatile solvent, otherwise it will lead to the
shell or other parts of aging damage.

A. Prohibits the plug with wet hands, it may cause

electric shock;
B. Prohibit the use of no marked rated AC, or may cause
a fire or electric shock;
C. No machine and other large power electrical
products share a wiring board, which will cause
large rambe voltage fluctuations, which may cause
the machine fault, shall provide a separate
electrical outlet for machine;

 bottles, cups, etc. on the machine, if the metal material
or the flow of liquid into the machine, may cause a fire
or electric shock;
E. Do not scratch, damage, change the power cable in
the power line, don’t put too much weight, pulling,
bending power cable, this may cause a fire or electric
shock;
F. Prohibit unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification
machine, pressure machine, heating part or sharp objects
will make people injured.

A. Ensure that the machine is well grounded, the external

power supply is connected to ground, the machine is not
properly grounded will cause a fire or electric shock;
B. If the machine broke down or damaged chassis, first cut
off the power switch, unplug the power plug from the
socket, and then contact the sales agents, this cause to use
the machine, may cause a fire or electric shock;
C. When pulling out the power plug, and should ensure that
the plug part and pulled up, pull the wire may snap or
make internal wires exposed, causing a fire or electric
shock;
D. The continuous use of the machine hand production
abnormal situation, such as smoke, smell, may cause fire
and electric shock, these cases should be immediately cut
off the power switch, unplug the power plug from the

2 Use

2.1 Install

2.1.1 Instrument installation

Illustration：
A. Choose a fixed, rigid platform level, should ensure that
the platform is fixed, strong;
B. One end of a communication line to connect the scanner,
the other end is connected with the grinding machine;
C. The adapter plug to connect the scanner;

 2.2.2 Scanning lens template

A. Click on the main interface button，enter the lens template

scanning interface;
B. Use of the focal length of the lens template for management;
C. Remove the lens in the lens carrier template, template, convex
concave upward downward.
D. Three points on the template and the Blue Cross horizontal line
overlap, as chart 2-4;
E. System automatically recognize the template contour, red graphics

appear after, press ;

F. The input frame from the nose, as shown in Fig.2-5;

G. Complete the nose is set, click on the interface to set the

pupil distance and pupil high figure as shown in Fig. 2-6,2-7.

Notice:

Caution:

The modification is completed, need to reset the

interpupillary distance(PD), (HD), nose high pupil

distance (DBL), to transfer data to the grinding machine.
