We thank you for your enquiry and would like to offer our best rates for your project.

The Terms and Conditions are follows:-
A. Pumping charges:
1. The above-mentioned price does not include pumping rates. If we provide
pump, then Rs: 200.00 (GST 18% extra) per cum will be charged extra. Lump
sum charge of 15000/- will be charged extra for the pumping less than 40 m3
per day.
B. Price:
1. In above rate 9% CGST & 9% SGST Exclusive.
2. Any quantity ordered below 4m3, part load of Rs 400/-would be charged extra
per cum. This is not valid for closing quantity.
3. The charges for delivery of concrete have been arrived at considering a
maximum unloading time at site, including waiting time, of 60 minutes. In case
the transit mixer is detained at site for more than 60 minutes, then detention
charges at the rate of Rs. 50 for every 15 Minutes delay beyond 60 minutes shall

be paid by customer. The time of arrival and leaving the site shall be recorded
on the delivery challan by the representative at site.
4. The grade of concrete to be supplied will be as per our standard mix design.
5. The supplies will be made on volumetric basis as per reports generated by our
computer and this shall form the basis of measurement.
6. The above rate is for the cement & admixture contents mentioned in the
standard mix design. In case of requirement of extra cement or admixture, the
same would be charged extra.
7. Any statutory increase on present duties/levies/taxes by central/state Govt. on
raw materials would be charged to your account. Any change in Royalty on
aggregates & sand shall be immediately passed on to the customer.
8. Escalation of cement and diesel will be charge as actual.
9. Any statutory increase in duties/levies on RMC by Central /State Govt. would be
charged extra as applicable.
10. The prices quoted above are based on the present rate of raw materials,
mentioned as Base price in the Annexure. In case of any increase in the rate of
raw materials we shall be paid extra as per the Mix design consumption.
11. Please note that the rates mentioned above are uniform for both pumping and
dumping.
C. Payment Terms:
1. 100% advance on a scheduled Bank in favor of “ACC Limited.,” payable at
MUMBAI.
2. Interest @ 21% per annum would be applicable if the payment exceeds the
agreed upon terms.
D. Delivery:
1. We would request you to give us a schedule of 5-7 days concrete requirement in
advance so as to enable smooth execution of the operation, we shall
accommodate your valued orders on shorter notice also, subject to availability of
the requested time/date.
2. We will not be able to supply during traffic restriction hours as fixed by Govt.
from time to time. In case you insist for supply during traffic restriction hours
you will have to provide us the permission from the Govt. to ply the trucks from
our plant to your sites and in case of any expenses through fine/penalty charged
by the traffic police, the same will be to your account.
3. For the RMC supply, our responsibility is to send RMC material at site. Once the
material has reached the site, the pouring of material can be done at your
advice
4. However, we do not own any responsibility for damage to any equipment or
injury or any loss to human of this account. Our scope is limited to supply of

RMC and rest responsibility lies with the customer who had placed the order for
the supply RMC.
5. Since concrete is a perishable item, any unutilized concrete, after the truck has
left you premises would be chargeable to you. Vehicles should not be detained
for more than one hour from reaching the site.
6. Our Mix Designs are done after taking in to consideration quality of
locally available best raw material so as to meet characteristic strength
and durability requirement of concrete as per IS 456 2000.
7. The props (supports) for the slab must be ensured as proper & firm and loss
material due to de-shuttering would lead to wastage of concrete in your account
8. In respect of each delivery, the customer shall ensure that an authorized person
is on site to: (a) Sign the delivery challan at the time of delivery.(b)
Acknowledge receipt of such delivery. (c)Acknowledge that the mix description
set out on such delivery challan describes the concrete ordered by the customer.
(d) Authorize any addition of water or of any other materials to the concrete by
recording on such delivery challan. (e) Confirm the time of arrival of such
vehicle on site and on completion of discharge
E. Quality:
1. We assure you of the quality of concrete and test results for 7 and 28 days of
compressive strength will be provided.
2. It is suggested to keep some tarpaulins at site to protect concrete from the
sudden fall of rain or protect concrete by early curing or covering with sheets to
prevent plastic shrinkage cracks
3. ACC reserves the right to make modifications to the constituents of concrete
mixes to allow for natural variations, changes in properties and/or availability of
raw materials. Any such changes shall not affect the performance of concrete
4. Where ACC complies with a request from the customer or from a person
reasonably believed by ACC to be acting on his/her behalf and makes a
variation in the mix description of a delivery, ACL shall not be responsible for any
consequential variation in the properties and/or the constituents of such delivery
5. It is highly recommended to use wet gunny bags to cover the concrete after 3-4
hrs and sprinkle water lightly to void evaporation loss of water.
6. Non attainment of the required strength of a particular Concrete, or delayed
setting of Concrete shall not form a ground for rejection of Concrete. While, the
manufacturing and transporting and Pumping would be the responsibility of ACC,
gaining of the Characteristic Strength is a function of Compaction, Curing, Type
of Forms and other factors that are beyond the scope of ACC. In case the placed
concrete fails to gain the strength, NDT’s shall be carried out by accredited third
parties, specialized in testing of Hardened Concrete. Their interpretation of

results shall be binding on both parties. In case the concrete needs to be
removed, Pressure grouting shall be carried out by ACC to improve the strength
of placed concrete and rested by core to prove attainment of required strength.
F. Quantity Verification:-
Quantity can be verified by yield test at ACC plant only. You are requested to witness the
yield test at ACC plant one day prior to date of supply or on the day of supply. No
deduction will be accepted for quantity shortage.
G. Shrinkage Cracks:-
Shrinkage cracks develop due to faster evaporation of moisture from concrete. Shrinkage
is a basic property of hydrating cement and plastic shrinkage is and not due to any
deficiency in concrete making material or processing of concrete. High wind speed has a
pronounced effect on evaporation of water and subsequent cracking. This is aggravated
by high temperature, the conditions as prevalent during summer months.
H. Prevention of shrinkage cracks:-
1. Cover the slab with Hessian cloth within 30 minutes of finishing and start sprinkling water with
light showers.
2. Cover the slab with ordinary blue plastic sheet or tarpaulin within 15 minutes after compacting
and finishing. Some weights or stones may be kept on the top of the sheet to prevent it from
flying / dislodging due to wind. This will help in retaining the moisture within the covered
concrete by preventing it from direct contact with heavy wind and radiation from sun.

The prices offered shall be valid for supplies up to one month and any Price
increase after this period in raw materials shall be intimated to you for Suitable
increase in our rates"
