Greetings!

The Sangguniang Kabataan, Negros Occidental Chapter is inviting all SK City, Municipal
Federation Presidents, SK Chairperson, SK Kagawads ,SK Treasurers and SK Secretaries of the Province of
Negros Occidental to attend the 2022 SK PROVINCIAL CONGRESS with the Theme: LEADERSHIP
TRAINING FOR EFFECTIVE PARTICIPATION OF SK OFFICIALS IN LOCAL GOVERNANCE in La Carmela de
Boracay Hotel, Boracay Island, Malay Aklan on March 22 – 24, 2022.

line with this, may I request from your good office for Two (2) City Buses which will transport the Forty
Four (44) participants to the training from Silay City. We will assemble at the Silay City public Plaza on
March 21, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. and will leave at 9:00 p.m. going to th Ine BREDCO. We will be
boarding at 10:00 p.m and expecting to arrive in Caticlan Port, Malay, Aklan by 6:00 a.m. of March 22,
2022. We will be leaving the venue on March 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. and hoping to be in Silay City Public
Plaza at 4:00 a.m. of March 25, 2022.
