• Erection & commissioning of new Assignments (Projects).
• Project Planning and Execution of all activity with supervision of all team
and Contractors.
• Planning & Execution of preventive maintenance of machines as per
breakdown analysis.
• To minimize downtime through effective Predictive & Preventive
Maintenance.
• Ensure continuous improvement in up time of machines.
• Preparation of Spare part list and Inventory control management.
• Designing & Developing the necessary tools in-house as required.
• Member of Safety & Energy saving implementation and plant optimization
system like DEC,WPO,RE , Lube management.
• Implement Quality control techniques such as 5 S & Kaizen. .
• Identify & Implement Kaizen related to Safety, Energy saving, Quality, Cost
& Production.
• To lead & motivate the maintenance team for fast response & attention to
detail & quality work.
