The MBHTE aims to provide balanced and quality inclusive education for all learners in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) so they can reach their full potential. It will do this by creating educational policies that reflect the history and aspirations of the Bangsamoro people, implementing programs to develop globally competitive leaders and professionals, and empowering citizens through morally governed educational programs and policies that ensure no one gets left behind.

Balanced and quality inclusive education for all Bangsamoro learners so they can achieve their full
potential.

The MBHTE Mission

We will deliver balanced, inclusive, and quality education through the creation of education policies that
reflect the history and aspirations of all Bangsamoro people, implementation of programs that produce
globally competitive leaders and professionals, and development of informed and empowered citizens
through educational programs and policies rooted in moral governance.

MBHTE’s tagline “Bangsamoro United: Education Without Exception”, which aims to communicate that
everyone in the BARMM is united towards quality inclusive education that ensures no one gets left
behind.
