I, NEILWIN GONZAGA GABO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Brgy.
Piña, Buenavista, Guimaras, Philippines, hereby name, appoint, and constitute HERBERT CAJILIG
BIÑAS JR., single, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Salvacion, Buenavista, Guimaras, to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me, in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things to wit;

1. To process the filing of my application for dropping of my unit further described as

3. To attend any hearing, both judicial or extra-judicial regarding the said transaction;
4. To receive any document from any government or private offices and agencies in
connection with the facilitation of the aforementioned unit;
5. To process/facilitate and receive any monetary claims from any insurance company;
6. To execute/sign any legal document – both for/from public and private agencies –in my
behalf concerning the sale/conveyance/transfer of ownership of the aforementioned
vehicle;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any or all of the foregoing acts and things necessary for the purpose and
other requisites that may arise not specifically cited above which require my presence or I could
