The Holy Rosary
Leader: In the name of Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
All: Amen.
Holding the Cross on the Rosary
Leader: I believe in God,
All: the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God,
the Father almighty; from there He shall come
to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion
of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life
everlasting. Amen.
On the First Bead:

Intentions for Praying the Rosary

Week 1: We pray this Rosary for the following intentions:
For the poor and those who have less in life, that they may daily
experience God’s loving providence and that all their hard work may
bear the fruit of a life that is abundant and pleasing to the Lord.
And also, for the intentions of the Holy Father, especially for this
month.
Week 2: We pray this Rosary for the following intentions:
For the physically, mentally and emotionally ill, that they may
experience healing through the love and care of the people who show
true concern by attending to their needs and by accompanying them
in their darkest moments. And also, for the intentions of the Holy
Father, especially for this month.
Week 3: We pray this Rosary for the following intentions:
For all public servants, especially those who govern us in the local
and national levels, that the Holy Spirit may purify their hearts and
enlighten their minds as they carry out their sworn duties so that in
whatever plan and decision they make, the truth and the common

 good may prevail. And also, for the intentions of the Holy Father,
especially for this month.
Week 4: We pray this Rosary for the following intentions:
For all war-torn countries, families estranged by conflict and those
who experience inner turmoil, that by their openness to reconciliation
and positive change, they may experience true peace that only Christ
can give.
For the entire CSPB Community, that each member may grow in
faithfulness to the teachings of the Jesus and His Church, so that we
may truly become like Christ to others.
