So,
Well, Even though both pictures show people [...] there are some significant differences. First of all, in the first picture….
Let’s see,

look, look like, look as if


The top photo shows... the bottom photo shows...
but
whereas look + adjective
while she looks relaxed, he looks a bit distracted.
In one photo there is/are... in the other photo there is/are... They look stressed
on the other hand
