Update on Agrarian Reform Case in Bukidnon

Dear Mayor Villo,

This is with regards to the case of Xavier versus the Lungganays. As of the moment, the case has already
been forwarded to the DAR Central Office in Manila for final judgment. This is contrary to what Xavier
University said in their letter that they are waiting for the DAR 10 decision of the case. It is not DAR 10
but it is the DAR Central Office who will decide the case.

It is best for both parties to wait for the said final judgment of case. DAR 10 cannot provide a timeline as
to when the Lungganays may re-enter the said property since the case rest solely on the decision of the
DAR Central Office.
