KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, we, SPS. ENRICO DAYUDAY MANINGAS AND CRISTINA


SARMIENTO GUILALAS, both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents
of Gulod, Brgy. Tigbe, Norzagaray, Bulacan, do hereby NAME, APPOINT
and CONSTITUTE ELIZABETH D. LELIS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and
resident of Block 7 Lot 27 Phase 2 Mankor Homes, Brgy. Graceville, City
of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, for us and in our name, place, and stead, to do and perform the ff.
acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent and act for and on my behalf to any juridical


entity and/or government agency which my Attorney-in-
Fact may consider necessary or desirable in connection with
the exercise of powers confirmed hereby, under such terms
and conditions as said Attorney-in-Fact may deem fit and
proper;
2. To represent us for and in our behalf in the PROCESSING OF
DOCUMENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE with the concerned
agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;
3. To pay the required taxes such as documentary stamps
taxes, transfer, registration, and other fees necessary for the
transfer of ownership of the land sale located in Lot 5 Block 3
of subdivision plan Pcs-031420-005414 under Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-384088(M) purchased from NATIONAL
HOUSING AUTHORITY;
4. To work on, facilitate and follow-up the transfer of ownership
over the said property in our names before the proper
government agencies;
5. To demand, claim and receive the copy of the document
evidencing our ownership over the aforesaid property;
6. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing
authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully as to all intents and purposes as we may or could lawfully do if

personally present with all the power of substitution and revocation and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT can
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of.
