· going to my.gov.au and signing in to access your Centrelink online account. From the
home page, select 'Upload documents'.
· using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app and selecting 'Upload documents'. You
can download the free app to your mobile device. Make sure you have the latest version
installed. For information, go to servicesaustralia.gov.au/expressplus
· returning it to one of our service centres

If you do not provide this information


If you cannot provide the information by the due date you need to contact us.
