During the course of submissions, the learned senior counsel

for the petitioner has pointed out the other set of subsequent

events that on 27.03.2023, when the petitioner attended the

proceedings of investigation at Police Station, Itanagar, another

FIR was registered at 19:11 hrs. after receiving a complaint

purportedly at 17:50 hrs. that very day. The said FIR was

registered at the instance of another complainant and in relation

to that FIR, the petitioner was arrested; and his bail plea is

coming up for consideration before the learned jurisdictional

Sessions Judge on 17th instant.

As at present, we are not making any other comment in this

matter but while continuing with the interim protection, we would

request the Sessions Judge concerned to take a final decision on

the said bail application on the date fixed i.e., 17.04.2023.

List this matter on 18.04.2023.
