Fixing Brackets
Fasteners made from stainless steel bars, with a
crimped nut which enables rotation and adjustment to
the façade when assembling. This device may be
regulated on axes X, Y and Z. They can also be
supplied with separate nuts to meet specific demands.
According to the dimensions of the existing cavity wall
and the weight each device is meant to support, one
calculates the height of the device and the length and
width of the spade threaded bolt.
This system should only be used on reinforced
concrete or masonry where there is a meaningful
amount of solid material, as its fitting is performed by
means of a metal plug.
Each support is supplied with a spade threaded bolt, a
cylindrical pin (5x75) and a plastic sleeve.
It may be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304
(A2) or 316 (A4).
For dimensions and/or loads beyond the range of

perform a customised study of the situation.
3D Adjustment
The fixing brackets enable practical adjustments in all
three dimensions:
Vertical
The oval cavity allows for adjustments in height of
about 8mm.
Horizontal
The +15° rotation allows for lateral adjustment.
Depth
Enabled by the spade threaded bolt.

Steel bolts (corrugated steel)
Fasteners made from solid steel rods.
The thickness of the bolt is calculated according to the
dimensions of the existing air cavity and the weight to
be supported.
They allow for both a visible or hidden fixing
depending on the material and thickness of the bolt.
This system is suitable for masonry or reinforced
concrete. Each fastener is supplied with one Ø 5x75
bolt and a plastic sleeve.
Usage
These fasteners are suitable for all kinds of stone
façades, regardless of their dimension and shape.
They can be used in both vertical and horizontal joints.
The adjustment of the position of the welding fastener
is performed in the cavity created on the wall.
