Sub: Request to help to get monitory benefit from Mathivanan. S to save my yself

and our child.

Respected Sir,

I got married to Mathivanan S on 29.08.2014. My husband lived together with me

only for a month from the date of marriage. After that he has not taken care of me properly
and he has not given any amount for the expenses. He wants me to get money from his
mother only. From the day he returned from the army he consumes liquor and quarrels and
beat me daily. He has taken all my jewels which were given by my parents on our marriage.
On 24.04.2015 my father in law scolded me with wrong words and beaten me with a stick
and pulled me out of the house. Even then I was there only with leaving the place Even my
brother in law also beaten with stick. The people of the village is looking at me while they
were beating. Due to this I felt ashamed and consumed poison. Even for this my husband has
not bothered and blamed me only.

Even after this when I got conceived my mother-in-law and sister-in-law has taken the
Horlicks and kept it locked in the cupboard. All the expenses have been done by my parents
from the day I got conceived till the age of 2 years of my child. When I asked for money to
my mother-in-law she refused to give money. She also told me that I must not ask anything if
I want to live in the home or otherwise I must go to my parent's house. They do even take
care of the children Even if the child cries for some reason the beat me.

He got 40 days leave. But he didn’t spend with me and his children even 4 days. And
he didn’t give any money to whether to me or his children to manage our expenses. What will
I do if it lasts for a years? Why did you give him leave? Is it because he want to spend it with
his family? But he didn’t do like that. He asked me to get off his house. But what will I do
after I leave the house with two children? When I asked my husband for justice, he said that
he cannot give anything to you and your children. He says bad things about me because I
spoke against him.

On speaking to my husband we started living separately for the past six months. On
08.03.2018 he came on leave. First day he was normal and after that he started to beat up and
quarreled with me and left to his mother's house taking all the dress and belongings.

Before our marriage he has loved some girl and they got separated. But now he
renewed his relationship and due to a quarrel with those women he is not in touch with that
women for the past 3 months. After returning from the army on February he quarrels with me
and says that he does not like me and likes only his brother's wife Kavitha. He goes there in
the morning and comes back only at night to sleep. Now, even that gets reduced and I am
alone in the house. He has given only Rs.6000/- for the monthly expenses for the 4 months
from the time he started living alone. After that he is not giving any money. I managed by
getting money from my parent to the extent I can and took care of my child. But that is also
not possible for me to get help from my parents. My husband deserted me long time back
I am unable to meet out my family expenses to maintain myself and my two child name
Sanjana female child age 7 and datchan male child age 4. Hence, I need to expect my
husband salary and send me rupees to myself Saranya in decent and moderate amount to
leave as per price index like Rs.10000/- (ten thousand)

He quarrels daily and beat me with a stick. He asks me to go to a work and earn for
myself and my children. He also says that he will not take care of me and the children. I am
not having any way to survive with my 2 year old girl child. And now he says that he is not
willing to live with me and so he asks me to go to my parent's house. If the condition is going
to be the same I have to commit suicide with my child and there is no other go for me.

So, I request you to please help to get monitory benefit to take care of my children
from Mathivanan.

Thanking you,

Yours truly,
