Instructions to Apply for Online Issue of Eligibility Certificate
Candidates who have passed M.B.B.S (or) Post Graduate Diploma
Examination under the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University need
not apply for Eligibility Certificate from the University .
The Eligibility Certificate will not be issued in person.
Issue of Eligibility Certificate is ONLY by Online Mode.
Please use Desktop/Laptop and avoid mobile phones to apply.
Please use only the registered mail id for all communications related to
Eligibility Certificate.
Please upload clear & visible Documents (70 kb - 150 kb per
document).
Please check the filled in application before submission.
Candidates who have completed M.B.B.S (or) Post Graduate Diploma
Examination other than the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University
for admission to M.D. / M.S. Degree courses in the affiliated institutions
of this University.
Documents to be uploaded and fees to be remitted:
1) The candidate(s) who have completed U.G. Degree course at other
University, has to upload the self attested scanned copies of the following
documents for the issue of Eligibility Certificate for admission to First year
M.D. / M.S., Broad Speciality course. The size of each document should be
between 70 Kb and 150 kb.
a) M.B.B.S. Provisional / Degree Certificate.
b) CRRI Completion Certificate.
c) State Council's Registration Certificate.
d) Migration Certificate / No objection Certificate.
e) Proof for Date of Birth (Birth certificate / Transfer Certificate / 10th
Standard mark Sheet / Aadhaar card ).
f) PG NEET score card for that Academic year.
g) Community Certificate.
h) Eligibility Certificate fee of INR 1,600 + INR 288 (18% GST)
totaling to INR.1,888/-.
2) FOR NRI CANDIDATES :
The size of each document should be between 70 Kb and 150 kb.
a) M.B.B.S. Provisional / Degree Certificate.
b) CRRI Completion Certificate.
c) State Council's Registration Certificate.
d) Migration Certificate / No objection Certificate.
e) Proof for Date of Birth (Birth certificate / Transfer Certificate / 10 th
Standard mark Sheet/Aadhaar card ).
f) PG NEET score card for that Academic year.
g) Community Certificate.
h) Valid Passport.
i) Eligibility Certificate fee of INR.31,000/- + INR.5,580/- (18% GST)
totalling to INR. 36,580/-.
j) Nativity certificate.
k) Birth certificate.
3) FOR INDIAN CANDIDATES WHO HAVE STUDIED ABROAD :
The size of each document should be between 70 Kb and 150 kb.
a) Medical Qualification Diploma / Degree Certificate.
b) CRRI Completion Certificate.
c) State Council's Registration Certificate.
d) Migration Certificate / No objection Certificate.
e) Proof for Date of Birth (Birth certificate /Transfer Certificate / 10 th
Standard mark Sheet/Aadhaar card ).
f) Screening Test Pass Certificate (Foreign Medical Graduate
Examination).
g) PG NEET score card for that Academic year.
h) Community Certificate.
i) Eligibility Certificate fee of INR 26,000/- + INR 4,680/- (18% GST) totalling
to INR. 30,680/-.
j) Nativity certificate.
k) Birth certificate.
This comes with effect from 02-Oct-2022.
The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
The last date for applying the Eligibility certificate for M.D. / M.S., Broad
Speciality course of each academic year is as per the notification of the
National Medical Commission, New Delhi.
