The inspection of Royal Park Sub Division LESCO Lahore was conducted
on 18-08-2022 and observed the following para wise detail
1- CA-21 & CA-22
The CA-21 register checked and found partially completed and CA-22 was
incomplete, You are advised to complete the entries of CA-21 and complete CA-
22 before closing of this month
2- C P -90 (Ag e Wi sc)
The al l defective meters have been replaced every month having age 0I .Month
& above.
3- CP-114
CP-1 14 of the Sub Division has been checked for the month 07-22 and found
Pvt No are Nil whereas 26 No of Govt connection having amount 14.48
Million are pending. You are directed to take positive steps to recover the
remaining amount from pending departments
4- Running Defaulters Register
The computed recovery for the month of 07-2022 is 92.60% Pri vate) which is
not satisfactory. You are directed to do hectic efforts to boost up recovery
position on daily basis i n future such slackness on your part is not tolerated.
5- Tentative Line Losses
Units receipt for the Month 08-2022 from Grid up to 18.08.2022 is decreasing -
2.5% as compared with previous month year.
Monthly and Progressive Line Losses
The l osses for 07-2021 was 12.8% and monthly l osses for the month 07-2022 is
8.5 % so net decrease i n Line losses is about -0.7%.
6- Feeder wise Line Losses (Above 30%)
The feeder wise progressive losses has been checked and No feeder is over 30%
keep it up this figures in future
7- Dead Defaulters Recovery and Amou nt (Month Wise)
The monthly dead defaulters register not maintained
You are directed to mai ntained dead defaulter register and will get check
premises of 1 lac & above dead de faulters on daily basis personally
8- Total Detection U nit s against F IR S
5- Nos. of FIR regi stered in month 07-2022 and charged 58661-Units as
Detection Bill
9- Discrepancy Regi st er (Meter Reader)
The discrepancy register was not properly y maintained. You arc directed to get
discrepancy from every batch from every meter reader personall y.
10- Progress of M&T and S&I
The discrepancies pointed out by M&T and S&l against t hem detection bi ll
charged on regular basis.
11- Percentage Check register of AMO/LS/Ml
The percen1age check register is not maintained.
12- S e r v i c e a n d Priority Register
Service and Priority regi ster has been checked and found incomplete. You are
directed to complete the register

In the month of 07-2022 installed general conncc1ions 49-Nos.
and Commercial 23-Nos.

The billing of' installed con11cc1ions also sent lo RO within month 07-2022 .
15- M DI Regi st e r .
The register for M DI con nections is i incomplete. You ore directed to complete
the register in all respect.
16- 11 K V Patr o l Book: and Maintenance Regi ster. .
The patrol book and maintenance register are not properly maintained.
17- Log Book .
The Log Books or vehicle checked and found incomplete. You are advised to
complete the same immediately.
18- 11 KV Trappings
The 11 KV trappings have been increased as compared with the
corresponding month’s units of previous year. You are advised to get
minimize the same by doing maximum efforts
19- Data Retrieval from Removed Meters and its Pendency
The removed meters sent to XEN M&T for downloading is 18 No single
phase and 22 No 3-phase meters are pending
20- T&P Parade
Last T&P Parade conducted on 06.08.2022
You are directed to conduct T&P Parade once a month without fail
21- Trolley Position
03-Nos. o transformer trolleys in Sub Division 01-No. is engaged.
You are directed and you bonded according to SOP to spare
transformer trolley) within 2 days
22- B a l a n c i n g o f T r a n s f o r m e r s and Preparation of Transformer Load
Balancing Register
The load balancing register checked and found n o t p r o p e r l y
maintained, and you are advised to immediately complete the register
23- Genera l Cleanliness of the Office
The general cleanliness of the office is found satisfactory.
24- Checking g of Complaint Centre
The complaint office checked at sharp 07:30. The all complaint staff
equipped With T&P sitting in complaint office, 02-Nos. PTCL
telephone No 0429920530 is working properly
The overall performance of LESCO Royal Park Sub Division
has been evaluated in the light of above parameters and found "NOT UPTO.
M ARK ". You arc therefore advised to take remedial measures to improve
the performance against narrated above parameters otherwise strict disciplinary
action will be initiated against you and you are also directed submit point
wise reply or inspection report.
