I. Introduction

When it comes to the performance of the company's employees and overall workforce, talent management is a crucial problem for
organizations. Currently, talent management (TM) is the process by which businesses and organizations identify and develop
talented individuals who can positively impact organizations and productivity. TM strategies are developed in accordance with the
specific needs and organizational structure of the business and industry. As a result, the purpose of this project is to complete a
small project to conduct research, gather data, and analyze the company to address the talent management inadequacies. (fpt,
2021)

II. Project overview

1. Definition: What is a Project?
Project management is the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience to achieve specific
project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters. Project management has
final deliverables that are constrained to a finite timescale and budget.
A key factor that distinguishes project management from just 'management' is that it has this final deliverable and a
finite timespan, unlike management which is an ongoing process. Because of this a project professional needs a
wide range of skills; often technical skills, and certainly people management skills and good business awareness.
2.1. What are the Project Management Process Groups?
Initiating
All projects start with an idea for a product, service or another desirable outcome. The initiating process group then
determines the nature and scope of the project. Not performing this stage well means it's unlikely the project will
be successful in meeting the business' needs.
The key project controls required are an understanding of the business environment and incorporating all
necessary checks into the project. There's two crucial things throughout this process: reporting any deficiencies
and making a recommendation to fix them.
The first project document is the project charter. These are the key components:
Business case
Scope and deliverables
Objectives
Resources needed
Milestone plan and timeline
Cost estimate
Risks and issues
Dependencies
The charter answers the fundamental question, "What are we trying to do?"

2. Project management plan:
2.1 Cost

Starting on September 15, 2022, the complete project will only cost 1 million VND, which covers the travel expenses of the project
implementer, including gas and parking fines.

2.2 Scope
The goal of the study project is to identify problems with and solutions for talent management in the FPT education industry. The
project will speak with managers and staff members to learn more about the challenges in talent management before making ideas
to advance this problem. Additionally, participant comments on the topic of talent management will be gathered, and concurrently,
creative proposals will be chosen to be included after data gathering through direct interviews.

2.3 Time:
The study process, which entails planning, a scenario, research questions, interviews, and solution conclusion, will take place over
the course of one month.

2.4 Schedule for Milestones:

Activities Timescale
Proposed subject for a study 15/09/2021 => 20/09/2021
Finished draft version 21/09/2021 => 27/09/2021
Data gathering, analysis, and research 28/09/2021 => 03/10/2021
Research proposal must be submitted 04/10/2021 => 10/10/2021
Finish the report 11/10/2021 => 17/10/2021

2.5 Duration
The initial step in implementing the project was to select the study topics, which was completed on September 15, 2021. The
project's following steps are to create a draft plan between September 15, 2021, and September 20, 2022. Include: the research
question, the target description, the project scenario, the cost of implementation, and the number of people needed.
After defining the project's goals and carefully examining the final draft plan before formality, the following phase in the project's
process is to submit research ideas for 14 October. Launch the project to learn about new issues, dangers, and contingencies. is
also ready to ensure that the project is completed on time by conducting direct interviews with FPT Education Division workers
after pre-completion measures on the subject of
Talent management using questions in advance. The information gathered in this step will be used to draw conclusions, identify the
talent management firms' and supply firms' deficiencies weak solutions for improvement.

On October 17, 2022, the project's official report will be completed. It will include a thorough push report with information on the
project's themes, goals, timeline, costs, and research methodology.

2.6 Quality:
In order to have a good research project quality, the harvest comprises specifics of research questions, employing credible sources,
and the interviewees are companies.

2.7 Risks and resources:

Along with the resource factor, there are two other factors that cannot be anticipated: The disease COVID19 is the first and biggest
risk when taking part in this experiment; fortunately, at this point, the translation was under control. However, it is important to
note that data collecting through face-to-face interviews could yet rebound. In short, the main danger is challenging data collecting
because the Covid-19 outbreak is complex.

The second risk is that companies may provide justifications for delaying or forgoing their participation in the project, which would
hinder its successful implementation.

The organization, leader, employee, and project director contributed their human resources, which were then utilized to carry out
this project. Individuals working on the initiative provide the funding, as there is no corporate sponsorship or outside funding.c

3. Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt chart

3.1Work Breakdown Structure
3.2 Gantt chart
III. Data Collection plan

1. Interview questions
Talent Management
➢ Could you please introduce yourself?

➢ Have you ever had any talent management experience?

➢ What issues do you run into when interacting with employees at your organization in the
workplace?

➢ How is managing talent challenging for you at your company?

➢ Would you kindly share your experience with unfair talent management at your company?

➢ Would you mind sharing some strategies to help you get beyond the obstacles to utilizing
the abilities of your staff members that satisfy you?

2. Research method
2.1 Data collection too
Primary data research and secondary data research are the two types of data acquisition.

First, primary data is information that has been gathered by a researcher directly from sources, usually via the use of procedures
like surveys, interviews, or experiments. It is gathered from primary sources specifically with the research goal in mind.

The data obtained from studies, surveys, or experiments carried out by other persons or for other study is known as secondary
data. A researcher will frequently start a project by utilizing secondary data.

This gives time to develop questions and understand the problems being addressed before the more expensive and time-
consuming process of gathering primary data.

2.2 Methodologies
Qualitative and quantitative approaches are among the 2 available.

In qualitative research, the data are collected empirically but are not presented as numerical values. Qualitative research focuses
on a variety of methodologies and takes an interpretive, naturalistic approach to its subject. This implies that qualitative
researchers investigate phenomena in their natural environments while attempting to explain phenomena in terms of the
meanings that individuals assign to them. The results of qualitative research are written up. It aids in understanding ideas,
experiences, or concepts. You can gain comprehensive knowledge about poorly understood subjects by the type of research you
are doing. 2017 (Rahman)

In quantitative research, information is gathered in numerical form that may be ranked, categorized, or quantified in units of
measurement. Raw data tables and graphs can be created with this type of data. The goal of quantitative research is to identify
general principles governing behavior and phenomena in various contexts. 10 Research is utilized to put a theory to the test and
determine whether or not to accept it. Graphs and numbers are used to represent quantitative research. It is used to validate or
put to the test beliefs and presumptions. A topic's generalizable facts can be established through this kind of study. 2017 (Rahman).
Since qualitative data represents nature, the research methodology used in this study is qualitative. Qualitative research is by
definition far more immersive and geared on capturing people's emotions and points of view. Changes in attitudes, explanations, a
flexible approach, and speculation about the topics they choose to explore are the four advantages of qualitative research
(McConnell, 2021) Use the research object interview as a starting point, and then emphasize their experience, approach, and
justification through the qualitative method. Additionally, qualitative methods are helpful when a person is approached and
interviewed since it allows for the most accurate qualitative method of capturing the emotional attitude of the subject research.
Second, qualitative research offers a significantly more adaptable strategy. If insightful information is not being gathered, questions
can be swiftly modified. The environment or any other variable can also be changed to improve responses. In conclusion,
qualitative research might be more focused. For instance, all components, processes, and participants must be taken into
consideration in order to compare productivity throughout a complete firm. In order to get useful data, qualitative research can be
much more targeted, sample particular individuals and important areas of an organization. This can reduce the cost of data
collection while also accelerating the data collecting process.

For instance, the officers and staff at Vinaphone Corporation initially received low pay; despite this, they never left their
positions. They are aware of the corporate culture and desire; therefore, they stick with the business. One of the three
companies that provide 11 of the greatest environments for activities in Vietnam is Vinaphone. Employees at Vinaphone
enjoy working there for a variety of reasons, including the competitive pay and the organization's commitment to its
members' professional growth. (vnpt, 2020)

In addition, Vinaphone authorities don't always give orders and exert pressure. At all costs, their personnel must perform the task.
In order to quickly alter regulations and address flaws, officials will occasionally perform the tasks of employees in order to better
comprehend their challenges. As a result, the staff fosters a welcoming and cooperative work environment for everyone on the
team. Additionally, management is aware of each employee's family and can assist those in need quickly and effectively. People
whose family members have been affected by the crisis and who are at work overseas are constantly supported through initiatives
like employee presents during New Year festivals and other events (vinaphone, 2019)

In short, the attractive working environment and the sharing, care towards Each employee as a family constitutes a factor that
makes employees contribute wholeheartedly for Vinaphone, as a foundation for Vinaphone to overcome challenge and earn great
achievements.
