Day 1- Getting to Know You (8:00-9:00)/ (1:00-2:00)

7Excellent! Bago ang lahat may I remind everyone of our health and safety policy, DO NOT
REMOVE YOUR FACEMASK AND SANITIZE REGULARLY. Alright, so I am extremely happy
na sa wakas, after forever, nakabalik na ulit tayo. And what makes this day extra special is
that, hindi lang tayo nandito para lang makalabas at makaattend ng inyong first face to face
class for the secondary level, but because today and for the succeeding days natins sa GJC,
WE WILL LEARN. Tama, WE ang ginamit ko dahil we will learn from each and every one. So
eto na nga, let’s start the ball rolling. We start everything right, we start with an opening
prayer. (ADVISERS, KAYO PO ANG MAGDADASAL FOR THE DAY 1 ORIENTATION)
So we may now be seated. I am pleased that finally I was able to meet you all in
person since we started communicating via online platforms. Syempre pa gusto ko makilala
muna ninyo ako para alam ninyo kung sino ang pinakagwapong/ pinakamagandang
adviser sa balat ng kalabaw. Ako nga pala si __________________________________. (Magbigay lang
po ng information na kailangang malaman ng bata, the lesser they know about you the
better).
I would like to extend the heartfelt thanks of GJC to you and your family for once
again entrusting your education to us. So Salamat GJCians and welcome to our class,
(pakisabi po ang name and section ninyo).
Syempre hindi pa tayo magkakakilala, matic na na kailangan nating magpakilala. At
dahil nga dyan, I want you to choose any letter from the alphabet, pumili ng isang letter at
gamitin ito na paunang letra na magdedescribe sayo, pwedeng maulit yung letter pero
hindi ung adjective na magdedescribe sa inyo ok? So halimbawa, pipili ako ng letter at ang
letter nay ung letter S. Magpapakilala ako at sasabihin ko: Hello everyone! My name is
Joeylhyn Guerrero from Sulipa at pinili ko ang letter S dahil malakas ang kutob ko na Sexy
ako. Thank you!
Alright, so dahil nga natapos na ako… It’s your turn. We call on a volunteer. (Bahala

Sa wakas natapos din tayo… At reminders nga students ang ating health and safety
protocols, makikita ito sa Page 21-22 ng inyong handbook. (Please remind them of the
things to be done before, travel, upon entry, while inside the classroom at going home)
Day 1- History, PVMGOCV, School Organization (9:00-10:00)/ (2:00-3:00)
TEACHER:
At medyo mahaba haba din ang ating get to know stage at reminders. Anyway, at
this point, gusto kong panoorin ninyo ang video na inihanda ng isa sa mga faculty members
ng GJC para sa History at PVMGOCV na ating school.
(If it is necessary to pause video at magtanong sa mga bata from time to time to check kung
naiintindihan nila yung part na piniplay, gawin po natin)

Alright, so ngayon naman dumako tayo sa pagpapakilala sa mga taong makikita
ninyo sa GJC. I have prepared a powerpoint for everyone (Pwede po tayo magrefer sa
handbook page 4-5 para sa mga duties and responsibilities ng mga school officials and
personnel)
May clarifications or questions kayo regarding the school history and the PVMGOCV
at syempre pa sa ang ating school org?
Day 1- School Tour (10:00-11:30)/ (3:00-4:30)

Alright so bago pa uminit ng uminit ang mga pwet ninyo, we will do a bit of pasyal.
Para alam ninyo kung saan lang pwedeng magentrance or exit at kung saan sya makikita…
Char. Kung nasaan ang ibat ibang offices just in case you will be needing access of them at
syempre pa ang ibang facility natin. So ano pa nga ba ang hinihintay natin, we fall in line sa
labas, we start first with the people at the back mauna na kayo sa paglabas… Ako ngayon
nag magiging tour guide ninyo, at kailangan ninyong making ng mabuti sa mga sasabihin
ko… So, arat na!
(Make sure po sasabihin sa mga bata ang ibig sabihin ng mga markings and signages
sa bawat dadaanan ninyo. Ililibot po ninyo ang mga bata sa buong campus kagaya g pagikot
sa inyo ni LED. At pag natapos ang tour, babalik ang mga bata sa classrooms nila neh?)

Welcome to our Day 2 of the SY 2022-2023 orientation. And to begin, may we call in
(Name of Student to lead the prayer) to lead us the opening prayer.
Ayan, it always feels right kapag sinisimulan ang lahat sa dasal, tama ba? Heart react
naman dyan students…
With the lineup of activities this morning, naku sigurado ang energy natin ay from
head to feet from 8 am hanggang 6pm. Ahahaha. So ngayong araw nga, we will have a
refresher, a review and at the same time an overview sa ating mgaonline applications. And
we are expected to come up with an output sa 100 na activities na ipapagawa ko.
Ahahaha… So simulan na nga natin thumbs up reaction please if everyone is ready.
So this morning manonood tayo at the same time ay matuto. The faculty had
prepared series of video tutorials on how to use different online apps. Sor for this morning
we have the use of G Drive, Quizziz, Jamboard and Canva. So here we go, we watch the
video and later on I will give you an activity.

matuto students! We would love to see you all listen and learn and at the same improve the

Dahil papunta na tayo sa exciting part, char. Gusto kong malaman ang opinion ninyo
sa ating learning modality ngayong taon. Anyone? (Ask the students anong learning
modality natin until may magsabi ng HyFlex)
Tama! So ang tawag sa ating gagamiting learning modality ngayong taon ay Hybrid
Flexible Learning Modality o HyFlex- ibig sabihin nito pwedeng face to face fully, pweedeng
combination ng online at face to face, kung sakali man na maglock down at idelcare ng
IATF, pwede din full online kung saan mahahati sa Asynchro at Synchro ang learning
activities.

Day 3- Discussion of Handbook (10:00-11:30)/ (2:00-3:00)
TEACHER:
We have already started Last Monday the first part of the handbook which is the
History at sino nga ulit ang founder natin? Anu-ano nga ulit angmg core values natin?
Alright, ang galing galing naman… Dahil dyan, everyone deserves a silent clap. Huwag nyo
ng tanungin ano ang silent clap. Silent nga diba? Ahahaha…
I want you all to open your handbook and take a look at page 14-16. Makikita natin
dito ang ating Grading System at computation of grades. (Pwede po magtawag ng
magbabasa, diskarte nyo po teachers).
We also have the Determination of Academic, Conduct and Special Awards. Making
mabuti students… Dahil sa GJC alam naman natin hindi lang basta matalino, dapat may
puso at matino… So for this school year, 3 ang categories n gating academic awardees, may
general average of 90-94 for With Honors, 95-97 for Academic Distinction at 98-100 for
Academic Excellence. Pero, hindi lang po basta matalino, kagaya ng sinabi ko, we shouls
also comply with the following requirements (Please read page 15, number 1 Academic
Awards from 1.1- 1.7)
So for Conduct and Special Awards – Page 15- 16(Pwede po ulit ipabasa sa mga bata
ung requirements or kung may ibang diskarte po kaya, go lang)

So at this point, we will be watching a video discussion of a vital part of the
handbook. Eto ung Part III which is the School Rules and Regulations. At para nga sa
discussion nito, makakasama natin via video an gating OSA HEAD, Sir Anthony Adrian T.
Perez, nakita na natin xa sa picture nung Monday. Makikita din natin sya nyan in person
soon kapag may kasalanan kayo, halla lagot… Syempre pa makakasama din nya ang ilan sa
ating mga student representatives na may mga katanungan regarding the handbook. AND
REMINDERS STUDENTS, WHATEVER RULES AND REGUALTIONS IS EXPLAINED IN THE
VIDEO, IT WILL BE CARRIED IN THE SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023. At dahil dyan, gusto ko din
kayong maglabas ng inyong papel at magtake down ng mga tanong regarding handbook na
ipapadala natin sa OSA mamaya, ok? At wag na nga nating patagalin pa… Let’s all watch
this.

Good day GJCians! (With energy, please). Matatanda na kayong lahat so I believe
lahat na nakakaintindi. So I have a simple instructions and I hope maiintindihan ng lahat,
please open your cameras students! And since we are all GJCians, we always start the day
right. We now bow our heads and feel the presence of the Lord. We call in (Yung kinuasap
po ninyong magpipray kahapon)
At dahil panibagong araw na naman para sa continuation n gating Orientation, may
pick up line ako… Kayo ba si UNCLE? Ok dapat sumagot kayo sa chatbox ng bakit. (Dapat
sasagot ang mga bata sa chat box ng BAKIT?) Kasi ikaw UNCLElangan ng buhay ko…

So for the first part of our online orientation, we will be refreshing/ teaching you all
how to use the LMS. Our very own Learning Management System. At eto na nga, may mga
series of video instructions tayo para hindi kayo mahirapan… But before I play the video,
make sure to take down notes on the following:
a.How to browse the GJC website
b. How to log in
c. How to time in and time out
d. How to view topics
e. How to take a quiz
On parent’s account
a.How to change password
b.How to view grades using the parent’s account

LMS VIDEO TUTORIAL
TEACHER:
Ok, so there we have it. Importanteng alam natin kung paano gamitin ang LMS dahil
dito magtitakeplace/ mangyayari ang ating Online classes which are classified into two:
The Synchronous Learning Activity kagaya na lang ng ginagawa natin, nasa zoom meeting
tayo and the other naman ay ang Asynchronous Activities which refer to your off screen
activities. Kaya naman importanteng alam natin lahat ng pasikut sikot sa ating learning
management system. So kung may tanong, now is the right time. Kung wala kayong tanong,
ako ang magtatanong.

Good afternoon everyone! Kagaya nga ng nasabi ko, we will be having the hands on
activity for today. At para masimulan na natin, everyone, I have posted an instructions sa
LMS, sa subject ninyong (Pakisabi po sa bata ang subject ninyo at kung saan ninyo pinost
yung instructions). Don’t leave the meeting room students ok? You just have to open a new
tab at maglog in na sa inyong mga accounts. Tignan natin kung sino ang makakasunod sa
instructions ko doon… Please heart react if you all followed and understood what I have
said.
Ok, I am very happy na lahat nakasunod sa instructions ko… So I think at this point
we can explore pa more yung ibang features ng ating LMS. I will be giving you time to do
the task and afterwards you go back sa ating video conference.
