Lesson 3: Getting started
I. OBJECTIVES
By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to gain:
1. Knowledge
By the end of this lesson, Ss can:
- Recognize an overview of the topic NEW WAYS TO LEARN;
- Identify the use of words related to NEW WAYS TO LEARN in contexts;
- Apply the words and phrases correctly to express ideas about NEW WAYS TO LEARN;
- Express opinions about programs of the organizations in Vietnam by using simple present and present
continuous tenses and phrasal verbs used with noun phrases with great fluency.

Language: simple present, simple past, past perfect tenses, passive and active voice,...
Vocabulary: words related to NEW WAYS TO LEARN.
2. Competence:
- General competence: Develop self-learning; work and think independently, develop the ability to
communicate, cooperate and solve problems.
