THE APOSTLE'S CREED
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord, who
was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified; died, and
was buried. He descended into Hell; the third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, and sits at
the right hand of God, the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in
the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the
body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
OUR FATHER
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in
heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

O my Jesus, forgive us of our sins. Save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls into heaven, especially those in most
need of thy mercy.

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children
of Eve: to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious
Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O
clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!

LET US PRAY FOR PEACE
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has already begun. May we entrust the situation to the intercession of the
Blessed Virgin Mary, and appeal to political leaders to spare no effort to seek out peace through prayers.
PRAYER FOR PEACE —St. John Paul II
Immaculate Heart of Mary, help us to conquer the menace of evil, which so easily takes root in the hearts of
the people of today, and whose immeasurable effects already weigh down upon our modern world and seem
to block the paths toward the future. From famine and war, deliver us. From nuclear war, from incalculable
self-destruction, from every kind of war, deliver us. From sins against human life from its very beginning,
deliver us. From hatred and from the demeaning of the dignity of the children of God, deliver us. From
every kind of injustice in the life of society, both national and international, deliver us. From readiness to
trample on the commandments of God, deliver us. From attempts to stifle in human hearts the very truth of
God, deliver us. From the loss of awareness of good and evil, deliver us. From sins against the Holy Spirit,
deliver us. Accept, O Mother of Christ, this cry laden with the sufferings of all individual human beings
laden with the sufferings of whole societies. Help us with the power of the Holy Spirit conquer all sin:
individual sin and the “sin of the world,” sin in all its manifestations. Let there be revealed once more in the
history of the world the infinite saving power of the redemption: the power of merciful love. May it put a
stop to evil. May it transform consciences. May your Immaculate Heart reveal for all the light of hope.
